We’re proud to announce that we’ve been named one of Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2018 - the second year in a row that NAPCO has been recognized for this award. While over 800 companies were nominated for this award, NAPCO along with 160 other organizations were selected as award recipients.

The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For competition selects and honors companies and organizations that continuously strive to raise operational standards, cultivate positive work environments, and are actively engaged with colleagues/employees as well as the surrounding community. This award program is facilitated by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).

Unlike traditional awards that simply recognize companies for things they have done or achieved, Chicago’s Best and Brightest award encourages and supports past progress as well as future growth. Throughout the nomination and selection process, each company is evaluated by an independent firm on important measures revolving around continuous dedication to employee satisfaction. These assessment reports serve as critical guides that help benchmark where a company currently stands and areas where improvements can be made.

On July 27, 2018, all winning companies were invited to a luncheon and awards ceremony at the Drury Lane Conference Center in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois Participating in the nomination process as well as the award ceremony presents us with an opportunity to truly look inward and outward, both recognizing our own progress and other companies in our community also committed to improving the lives of their employees.
