How To Apply Our New NAPCO Essentials Kitchen Renew Countertop Coating and It’s Time Saving Benefits

NAPCO Kitchen Renew Countertop Coating

NAPCO Essentials Kitchen Renew LineOur Kitchen Renew Countertop Coating will help your customers get the flawless finish they have been looking for, for a fraction of the cost! This kitchen countertop refinishing coating is specifically formulated for use by an HVLP system to ensure a smooth, high-quality application. This is a 1K product – ALL IN ONE WATERBORNE system can also be used in conjunction with our extremely popular Flint-stone, faux-granite countertop refinishing coating! Just spray over the wet or dry flint-stone coating for a durable, satin gloss topcoat that will beautify any kitchen countertop.

When Applying:

⋅ No priming necessary.

⋅ Applied with a #3 needle, just like 320 Clears.

⋅ Just load up the gun and apply.  If using a PPS, remove the screen from the lid so as not to trap air in the coating.

⋅ 1K product – ALL IN ONE WATERBORNE No mixing, no catalyst, and no primer needed.

⋅ Can be sprayed wet over wet, no need to wait for the Flint-Stone coating to dry - saves 24 hours of labor/waiting time!

⋅ If spraying wet-on-wet do not use primer before applying the Flint-Stone.  You can apply the Kitchen Renew Satin Clear for Countertops any time after the last coat of Flint-Stone is applied if no primer was used.

⋅ Levels to a smooth finish, no need to sand - another time & labor saver!

⋅ Dry to tack in 20 minutes.

⋅ If you’ve applied Epoxy Primer before the Flint-Stone, you should apply three to four heavy crosshatch coats of Flint-Stone and wait until fully dry before applying the Kitchen Renew Satin Clear for Countertops - preferably the next day.

⋅ Don’t force-dry the Flint-Stone if applying the Satin Clear, it may give a false impression the Flint-Stone is fully dry, even though it takes a good 48-72 hours to fully cure.

⋅ No need to wait long in between coats of Satin Clear for Countertops – 1-2 minutes.

⋅ Spraying wet-on-wet gives the Satin finish; if waiting until fully dry, it will appear slightly glossier (like a Semi-Gloss).

⋅ After applying the final coat of Satin Clear (3-4 crosshatch pattern coats), shut off box fans/other ventilation to allow it to dry so as to prevent any issues from occurring.

⋅ End users can put things back roughly two to three hours after the Satin Clear is fully dry.  Light use after 24 hours; full use after 48 hours - film will continue to harden over the next 5-7 days.

⋅ Easy clean up with soap and water!

⋅ Any unused clean material can be placed back in the container, so no waste!
