CONFERENCE SCHEDULE
Wednesday, May 13 at 5:00pm CST
In week one, we’ll start with the most important document you could possibly use during this pandemic: the 13-week cash flow plan and how easy it is to modify things on the fly. We’ll also discuss a simple budget that works well if you’re big or small and how to change it with a couple of different scenarios. Finally, we’ll point out some things to consider when cutting expenses to keep you lean, mean, and still in the game.
Presenters: Dani Nichols & Steve Zamborsky
Wednesday, May 20 at 5:00pm CST
In week two we’ll talk about various ways to generate leads - even if they’ve dried up through conventional methods. Once those leads are in place, what are the best ways to keep them warm - even if they’re not ready to commit? We’ll also talk about your split percentage (residential vs. commercial) and the best ways to sell to each. And for those unfamiliar with commercial accounts, what are the best ways to stay in contact with them if you decide to start targeting them?
Presenter: Jackie Stuckert
Wednesday, May 27 at 5:00pm CST
In week three we’ll talk about your overall marketing plan - what kinds of avenues do you pursue to ensure you’re getting customers? From a basic website which showcases your refinishing skills, to setting up accounts on social media sites, we’ll walk you through how you can reach out to new and existing customers to let them know that you mean business - and are still in business!

What about changes to the refinishing industry? What kinds of services can you add to your existing business that would benefit both you and your customers? We’ll also talk about potential new products to help you grow.
